The ISIS terror operatives,who were arrested from Goalpara, have been sent to 14-day judicial custody.They were arrested by a team of Delhi Police on November 25.
It may be mentioned herethat Ranjeet Islam, Mukadir Islam and Luit Zameel Zaman were arrested fromGoalpara while on way to plant an IED at Raas Mela in Dudhnoi area of thedistrict.
According to police sources, the three, all residents of Goalpara district, are inspired by the Bangladesh module of ISIS. Police said Zameel was employed as a supervisor at an Aadhaar enrolment centre. While Ranjeet worked at a fish market, Mukadir was unemployed. All three are between 22 and 24 years of age.
