‘Man Vs Wild’ ft. Modi to air tonight

The 'Man vs Wild' episode, featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi, that made headlines will be aired on Discovery channel tonight at 9 PM.

With renowned adventurer Bear Grylls as its host, the episode has been shot in a Jim Corbett National Park. The show aims at creating awareness about environmental changes and wildlife conservation.

This special episode will be aired in over 180 countries across the world on Discovery network of channels. 

According to a Discovery's statement, Modi stated that the show presents a great opportunity to showcase to the world, India's rich environmental heritage and stress on the importance of environment conservation and living in harmony with nature. 

The PM said that he has lived among nature for years and these years had a lasting impact on his life. So, when he had been requested for the special episode focusing on life beyond politics amidst nature, he was both intrigued and inclined to take part in it.
