Excise department issues strict laws against bottling plants

The excise department  issued strict laws against the bottling units located inside the state. Allegedly , the bottling units of the state are using old bottles in manufacturing  Indian-made foreign liquor (IMLF) ,beer etc, which may cause serious health hazards.

The excise department surveyed various warehouses around the state and made strict instructions to not   recycle the used bottles. The excise department directed the bottling plants to follow the instructions strictly and ensure the use of new bottle for the manufacture of Indian-made foreign liquor (IMLF) ,beer etc.

A statement issued by the department   of any violation of the matter shall attract strict penal action. The excise department on the other hand didn't mention anything about dumping the old bottles.
