Heavy rainfall for one hour flooded the city roads adding trouble to the commuters and brought life to a standstill on Monday evening.

Artificial flood hits various parts of Guwahati, this evening submerging many parts of the city including Zoo road, Christian Basti, Guwahati Club, Silpukhuri, Chandmari, B. Baruah road etc.
