More than 30 idols wererecovered from the Brahmaputra on Saturday afternoon. The idols were recovered fromUzan Bazar ghat area.

According to reports, a local went to take bath in the river. He noticed the idols underneath the water while taking a bath. Later locals gathered the area and informed the police.

Later police reached thespot and recovered more than thirty idols from the area. Police initiated aninvestigation regarding the incident.
