Nilam Dulakakharia from Lakhimpur has won the prestigious title of Bihu Samragyi 2019. The Guwahati Bihu Sanmillani, also known as Latasil Bihu Sanmillani organized the much coveted Bihu Samragi competition on Wednesday.

The title of Bihu Rani 2019 was bagged by Niharika Saikia from Dibrugarh, whereas the title of Bihu Kunwori was won by Nibedita Bora from Dibrugarh.

The title of Best Dhulia 2019 was bagged by Debojit Chutia and Dhrubajyoti Baishya won the best Pepa player award.
