Uruka Hires Robot ‘Palki’ Waitress

Thefamous 'Uruka' restaurant in Guwahati has a new staff member; a robot namedPalki. She's the newest edition to the Uruka restaurant and was unveiled onThursday.

The robot was seen donning traditional Assamese attire. Palki can carry much heavier loads more quickly and more safely than human staff, said the authorities of Uruka.
