Zubeen praises Akhil Gogoi

Assam heartthrobZubeen Garg praised Krishak Mukti Sangram Samiti (KMSS) chief Akhil Gogoi forhis effort of collecting and boosting more than 500 varieties of wild orchidsgathered from different parts of North East India at the Kaziranga NationalOrchid Park.

Visitingthe Orchid Park, near Kohora, on Friday night, Zubeen witnessed medical herbalplant garden, fruit garden, flower garden, rock garden, rice museum and photogallery inside the park. "It is a commendable effort by the members of OrchidPark led by Akhil Gogoi," said Zubeen, adding, "I am amazed to witness the traditionalas well as ecotourism environment in the park." He further thanked the KMSSchief for the steps that the latter has taken to add a new dimension to the gloryand pride of Kaziranga National Park.

Thesinger also enjoyed a cultural programme arranged at the Centre forFolk-Cultural practices inside the park. The artists of the park performed atthe cultural programme.
