3 terrorists gunned down in Srinagar

Three terrorists were killed in an encounter by the securityforces on Sunday in the Zaidabal area of Srinagar.

Kashmir Zone Police in a tweet said, "Zaidabal Encounter: Third terrorist killed. The search operation is going on".

Vijay Kumar, inspector general of police in Kashmir, saidthey were involved in the killing of two personnel of the Border Security Force(BSF) near Pandach Chowk on May 20 during Ramzan.

Police said parents of the trapped terrorists were broughtto the encounter site and asked to surrender but they refused to do so.
