LSR, Hindu, SRCC releases no second cut- offs for several courses

Crushing hopes of many students, numerous prominent colleges of the Delhi University, such as the LSR, Hindu and SRCC, had not announced their second cut-off for several courses on Sunday as they had no vacancies.

According to the authorities, there was no requirement of releasing a second cut-off list as their seats had already been filled post the announcement of the first list on June 19.

Over 15,000 admissions took place in the three days after the first cut-offs had been announced.

The second cut-offs had been announced on Sunday but many colleges did not need to do it for several courses.

The university has, for now, announced a total of five cut-off lists.

Reportedly, the total number of male applicants are 1, 44,248, women 1, 34,297 and other applicants 29.
