FIFA World Cup: Mexico beats Germany, Brazil and Switzerland fight out a draw

On Sunday, defending champion of the FIFA World Cup Germany was slammed by Mexico in a thrilling match that shocked most fans and football enthusiasts, while the match between Brazil and Switzerland ended in a draw.

Mexico won the match against Germany 1-0, with the goal scored by Hirving Lozano.

The match between Brazil and Switzerland ended 1-1 with the goals being scored by Steven Zuber for Switzerland and Philippe Coutinho for Brazil.

In a Group E match of the day, Serbia defeated Costa Rica 1-0, with Aleksandar Kolarov scoring the goal.

Two Group G matches are scheduled for Monday; one between Belgium and Panama at 8:30 pm and the other between Tunisia and England at 11:30 pm.

Sweden will go against South Korea in a Group F match at 5:30 pm.
