Accused in the APSC Scam, Samedur Rahman's bail plea has been declined on Saturday. Rahman is an APSC suspended member.
The plea has been rejected by CJM court.
Rahman sought bail against a complaint registered at the Bhangagarh Police Station.
Earlier, Gauhati High Court has granted bail to 41 APSC officials so far. All of the officials were in judicial custody including the APSC Chairman Rakesh Paul and other ACS-APS official arrested for this cash-for-job scam.
