The State Assembly was adjourned for 10 minutes on Wednesday when the main Opposition Congress along with AIUDF created bedlam over Bihali toddler black jacket incident and AASU attack.
The Congress, AIUDF members continued creating ruckus for about 20 minutes while the Speaker requested them to take their seats but the Congress members did not relent. Hitendra Nath Goswami, the Speaker then adjourned the House for 10 minutes.
