Community transmission has started in Golaghat's Shahid Kushal Konwar Civil Hospital. 3 patients of the hospital have tested COVID-19 positive of late.
One of the infected persons was admitted to the Gynecology department of the hospital, and two others were in the Medicine department. All three persons didn't have any travel history.
Meanwhile, the patients have been moved to Golaghat COVID-19 Hospital.
Golaghat Health Department is making arrangements for conducting the swab tests of all the people who came in contact with the three infected patients.
