In a sensational incident in Chaygaon area, femaledancers were forced to strip naked in front of the audience on Friday. Theincident took place in Asolpara village under Chaygaon area, when femalemembers of a dance group from Kochbihar were molested by some miscreants.
As per the reports, the group of dancers was forced toenter into a blockade area and the female dancers were forced to undress infront of hundreds of people. "Our female dancers were molested and forced to stripnaked by some audience. They even attacked our vehicle," said a member of thegroup.
It may be mentioned here that the programme was organised on the occasion of Eid and the organisers have collected a huge amount of money from the audience by selling the tickets.
Later, police reached the spot and controlled the situation. The dance group also lodged an FIR regarding the incident.
