In an operation launched by the Food Safety department in Guwahati, the factory of Philips Bakery in Hatigaon has been instructed to shut down its outlet for 7 days.
The department has instructed to shut down the factory for preparing food in unhygienic conditions.
The department has also launched its operation at the factory of Repose Bakery in Panjabari and other bakery outlets.
