An Indian Air Force (IAF) helicopter made a precautionarylanding in a paddy field in Hajo area under Kamrup (R) district on Tuesday.
According to defence sources, the helicopter wasflying from Hasimara in West Bengal to Borjhar IAF base, when at around 10 PM,it made the precautionary landing, a few miles away from its destination.
However, all crew members are reported to be safe. Thevillagers rushed to the area where it landed to catch a glimpse of thehelicopter.
