Dr. Achyut Borthakur – Former Cricketer and President of Tinsukia District Sports Association has been appointed by BCCI as Observer for India Vs. West Indies 3rd T-20 International match on December 11, 2019, at Mumbai.
The India vs West Indies 1st T20I will be held at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Friday. India will host West Indies for a three-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series with eyes firmly on next year's T20 World Cup.
