Mumbai youth solves Rubik’s cubes underwater

Chinmoy Prabhu, a 20 year old youth from Mumbai sets Guinness World Record for solving nine Pyraminx (pyramid-shaped Rubik's cube) underwater in 1 minute and 48 seconds.

Prabhu, a BSc (IT) student of KES College in Kandivali solved nine such cubes sitting inside a pool in Goregaon Sports Complex.

Earlier, he had made it to the World Records India for the same feat.

Prabhu said that he had started his journey five years ago and learned different methods to solve the cube online. He further added that he had practised four hours daily sitting underwater and held his breath.
