A 1-year-old baby from Mohura Barpathar village is fighting for his life in Guwahati Medical College Hospital (GMCH).
Family members alleged that the child was denied proper medical care by the GMCH authority.
This is just an example of Assam's medical sector. Govt. of Assam notified that government hospitals would be modernized but in reality, the government hospitals are in worst condition.
People are put to inconvenience since there are no adequate facilities in government hospitals.
