Salman Khan starrer Race 3 opened in cinemas across the country on June 15. The film, which is his eighth Eid release, revolves around a dysfunctional family and has high-octane action scenes.
Directed by Remo DSouza, Race 3 is the third film in the franchise and features Jacqueline Fernandes, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Daisy Shah and Saqib Saleem among others in pivotal roles.
"Race 3 is going to be one of the widest releases Bollywood has ever seen. The makers are looking at approximately 4200 screens in India, may be more than that" film trade analyst Atul Mohan said.
The digital and satellite rights of the film have reportedly been sold at an unprecedented price of Rs 130 crore.
