FormerGeneral Secretary of Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) Anil Raja slammedRackybul Hussain saying that he is like a rotten potato who damages the entireparty.
Addressinga press conference here today, Raja said that Hussain has made many propertiesduring the 15-year tenure as a minister. He also said that Rackybul's fatherNurul Hussain was the supporter of Jinnah.
Raja also alleged that Rackybul's family was never a supporter of Congress and that he also had a clash with all the leaders and had done injustice to many leaders along with Himanta Biswa Sarma. He had done injustice to leaders like Pradyut Bordoloi, Wajed Ali, Tarun Gogoi etc. and when Gogoi was the President of APCC, Hussain left no stone unturned to remove Gogoi from his post.
Raja also alleged that Hussain has cheated many people in the name of providing tickets for election and also said that a person who does not love his country, how can he love his party.
Talkingabout APCC President, Ripun Bora, Raja said that he is a spineless person andthat no Congress member would accept him. He also said that Ripun Bora cannotwork for the party and that Tarun Gogoi also cannot lead the party.
Hefurther stated that he doesn't care for anyone and that no one can suspend mefrom the party. The party issued a suspension letter illegally which isunconstitutional. I am still a Congressi, said Raja.
