Ramesh Chandra Jain, the chairman of the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) made a significant announcement on Tuesday.
Reportedly, the announcement is regarding the form fill-up and deciding the month of upcoming High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination.
He announced that HSLC examination 2020 will start from February and the form fill up will start from 14th October/2019 to 9th November/2019. The date of form fill up will not be extended after the 9th of November.
Moreover, he added that from 2020 onwards, class IX and X students will get chance to study a book of Commerce named "Introduction to Commerce" which the students can take as their elective subject, not compulsory. The book will be published by the Education Minister of Assam on 27th this month.
