In a sensational incident, a resident of Kopouhua area in Lakhimpur was found tied in the bed after his wife allegedly eloped with her lover last night.
According to reports, the man was recovered by the police in the presence of locals after 12 hours since he was tied on the bed by his wife. His wife allegedly left home with her lover after tying him. The man was also attacked by his wife and her lover.
Locals stated that the couple regularly engaged in fights and there were disagreements between them on several issues.
