Social Media has become a breeding ground for hate speeches and defaming others. This time it is Popular Assamese singer Zubeen Garg again, who has fallen prey to such hate speeches over Facebook.
A person named Luit Kumar Barman, who is a filmmaker, has been alleged of posting derogatory remarks about the renowned singer.
Zubeen's wife Garima Saikia has lodged a complaint at the Dispur Police Station against Barman.
It may be noted that another person named Chao Jitumoni Gogoi was also involved in defaming Zubeen over the social media platform.
On the other hand, Luit Kumar Barman has lodged another complaint in the Paltan Bazaar Police Station against Gogoi.
