Paltan Bazar police today arrested another person for allegedly pushing offensive comments to singer Zubeen Garg and his wife Garima Saikia Garg on Social networking site Facebook.
A youth named Hirak Jyoti Bhuyan was detained for questioning by the Police team and was later arrested once the interrogation was over.
Reportedly, Bhuyan had allegedly shared and made viral the insulting and offensive comments on Zubeen and his wife.
The youth resides in a rented house of Rodali Path in R.G Baruah Road of Guwahati. Bhuyan originally hails from Lakhimpur but have been staying in Guwahati for some time now.
The youth was picked up for questioning and later arrested following a FIR lodged by Luit Kumar Barman in Paltan Bazar police station.
