In a tragic turn of events, popular Assamese actor Rajiv Rajnish passed away in Guwahati, reports confirmed on Tuesday.

The actor breathed his last at a hospital in Guwahati earlier today. As per Reports, he was undergoing treatment after sustaining injuries in a recent accident.

Rajnish was seen in different characters in many popular Assamese serials and films.

His demise has left a huge void in the Assamese film and entertainment industry.
