COVID-19 Assam: Gossaigaon Journalist Tests Positive

COVID-19 has affected all segments of the society. However, certain sections are more vulnerable than others. Media is one such section.

In the line of duty, another journalist has got infected with COVID-19. Named Shankar Choudhary, he is the first journalist to have tested positive from Gossaigaon.

Choudhary works for an Assamese daily. His wife and daughter have also tested positive for the contagion.
