Opening Date of Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary Postponed

Theopening date of Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary has once again postponed, informedthe authorities. Earlier, it was set to open the sanctuary on October 22.

However, the authorities have not disclosed the reason for postponing of the opening of the sanctuary.

The opening of Pobitora on October 22 was announced on October 19 but due to some unavoidable circumstances, the date has been postponed till further notice.

Meanwhile,the invitation card has also been distributed among the invitees.

Moreover,the Zeep Safari Association has also expressed anger over the decision of theauthorities as they incur loss as it is the peak season for the visitors tovisit the sanctuary.
