PWD Renamed In Assamese

In a recent development, the name of the Public Works Department in the Assamese language was changed.

An official communication issued by the Public Works Building & NH (Establishment) Department stated, for administration convenience the department's name in Assamese has been changed from Garhkaptni Bibhag to Lok Nirman Bibhag.

The order has been implemented from today.
