Sitting MP from Tezpur Lok Sabha constituency, Ram Prasad Sharma announced that he would not join any other political party. The MP while reacting to media reports, which suggested that RP Sharma is likely to join other political party to contest the coming Lok Sabha elections, said, "I will never join any other party whatever the offer."
He also said that he could not follow any other ideology or philosophy except that of the RSS. "I am a Swayem Sevak of the RSS since 1976 and RSS is in my blood and breadth," Sharma said.
Sharma further said that he would once again start his law practice. "It is my final decision," said the MP, who has resigned from the saffron party on Saturday after being allegedly insulted by the party.
