Youth ends life near busy city road

A youthhas ended his life near a road in one of the busy areas of Guwahati. The incidenthas sparked sensation in the entire are of Basistha.

Theincident has taken place near the road passing through 151 Army Base hospital,where the 27 year old youth had hanged himself in one of the trees of the ArmyCamp's reserved areas.

Localresidents recovered the body, which was hanging from the tree, at around 12 PM.

The youthhas been identified as Rupam Nag, who worked as an employee of a tent house.

Nag was aresident of South Basistha Nagar. He was missing from day time.

The deceased'sfriends suspect that it was due to love related issues that the youth hangedhimself.
