BJP never regarded political opponents as anti-nationals: Advani

Ahead of the Lok Sabha Elections, senior BJP leader Lal Krishna Advani broke his in a blog titled "Nation First, Party Next, Self Last". Advani has been benched by the BJP leaders for the coming general elections.

In the blog he said that the BJP never regarded its critics as "enemies" or "anti-nationals". He also emphasized on democracy and democratic traditions within the party.

Meanwhile, PM Narendra tweeted Advani's blog and said that Advani has perfectly summed up the true essence of the party. "Advani Ji perfectly sums up the true essence of BJP, most notably the guiding Mantra of 'Nation First, Party Next, Self Last.' Proud to be a BJP Karyakarta and proud that greats like LK Advani Ji have strengthened it," PM tweeted.
