CID inan operation in Guwahati seized two 12-wheel trucks transporting huge amount ofPhensedyl to other states.

Thecough syrup was seized from the trucks, with the registration number NL 01 AD2505 and JK 02 AS 8186, which were transporting the products from Tripura andtaking it to Punjab.

The operationteam's search on the trucks is still underway.

A drivernamed Rinku Kumar has been detained during the operation.
