A complete lockdown has been imposed in Gogamukh village under Bordoloni Tehsil of Dhemaji district from Saturday onwards.

The district administration of Dhemaji has taken the decision due to the escalating figures in coronavirus positive cases. The tally of the village stands at 58.

The lockdown will be operational till July 10.

Shops will be partially open for purchase of essential items.
