Guwahati | RPF recovers ganja at Kamakhya Railway Station

The Railway Police Force (RPF) on Thursday morning recovered 12 kg ganja from 15614 Murkongselek to Kamakhya Intercity Express during an operation.

The recovered ganja is worth Rs 80,000 approximately, informed officials.

The RPF has not yet apprehended any person in relation to the incident.

After this recovery, the whole train was searched by the RPF but no more ganja were found. The team doubts that the two packets of ganja were brought from Bhutan to Guwahati as Ambubachi is approaching.
