Adventure river cruise on Brahmaputra MV Jolporee resumed its ride on the Brahmaputra on Monday. The cruise made its first trip after 9 long years. Assam Tourism Development Corporation (ATDC) chairman, Jayanta Mallah Baruah re-inaugurated Jolporee's trip.

The government run river cruise offers its guests a ride on the Brahmaputra while enjoying a delectable and varied menu.

Due to negligence of the government, the first river cruise on Brahmaputra, Jolporee was kept at Fancy ferry ghat for maintenance for almost a decade.
