A lady lost her life in a road accident at Barangabari in Morigaon today.

The unfortunate incident took place when the scooty the lady was driving collided with a truck bearing registration number AS09 AC 2367.

The deceased has been identified as Putuli Hazarika, a resident of Barangabari.

As per sources, though she was accompanied by her daughter, the girl had a close shave.

The Police, meanwhile, have held the driver of the truck.
