Youth Congress launches SHAKTI app at Rajiv Bhawan

To strengthen the party at the booth level by connecting with its workers, the Youth Congress on Tuesday launched project 'Shakti' at Rajib Bhawan Guwahati.

The app was launched by National Youth Congress chief Keshav Chandra Yadav.

The app aims to add more members to the party from each district, town and villages through SMS.

Through the app the party workers would be able to interact directly with the top leaders of the Party.

National Joint Secretary of Congress Krishna Allavaru  and  Assam Pradesh Youth Congress (APYC) president  Kamrul Islam Chaudhary  was also present at the event.

According to the party, the initiative launched ahead of 2019 Lok Sabha elections will help leaders connect with workers and get their feedback on any issue.
