As a mark of respect to doctors and nurses for being at the forefront of the fight against COVID-19, IndiGo has decided to give a 25% discount on the airfare to doctors and nurses till the end of 2020. It added that the doctors and nurses will have to furnish their IDs at the time of check-in as identity proof.
In a press statement, the major carrier reportedly said, "The nurses and doctors will be required to provide valid hospital IDs at the time of check-in as a proof of their identity." The offer will be available from July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 to the said group when it does the booking through IndiGo's website.
