Former Union Minister Tests COVID-19 Positive

Former Union Minister and Senior Congress leader B Janardhana Poojary tested COVID-19 positive, and is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Karnataka.

This has reportedly been confirmed by his family today. Poojary, reportedly, was hospitalised as a precautionary measure, and his swab samples were collected on Saturday. His reports came on Sunday.

As reported, he is suspected to have contracted the virus from his wife, who is already hospitalised.
