2 more dead from hooch consumption

Another incident of death due to consumption of hooch has come to light.

According to reports, two persons have lost their lives after consuming spurious liquor. The incident had occurred in Numaligarh's Marangi Panikara village.

The deceased have been identified as Ratul das and Jitu Das.

Earlier, more than hundreds had to lose their lives due to consumption of hooch in Golaghat and Jorhat district of Assam.
