43 COVID-19 Cured Assam Police Personnel Turn Plasma Donors

Assam Police personnel cured of coronavirus infection have turned plasma donors at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).

43 police personnel donated their plasma on Saturday.

The plasma donation camp held at the GMCH auditorium was organised by the State Department of Health and National Health Mission (NHM).

Other staffers and personnel combatting COVID-19 will also donate their plasma after recovery.

Ministers Himanta Biswa Sarma, Pijush Hazarika, and officials from Assam Police and the health department were present during the day.
