Khumtai MLA Mrinal Saikia on Sunday accused the state organizations including AASU, KMSS of establishing mafia raj in the state. "AASU and KMSS have 50% and 30% share in mafia raj, respectively. While 20% share goes for other organisations": Saikia added.
