Incontext of the smearing black ink on AASU Swahid Bedi at Basugaon in Chirang onSunday night, three youths have been detained for questioning.

However,the police keeping the three youths in custody has created a chaotic situationin Basugaon.

Someother youths suddenly force shutting down of shops in the area.

It may be noted that it is for the second time that the memorial of AASUcame under attack by miscreants in the state.
