Adil Hussain Joins Cast of Season 3 of ‘Star Trek Discovery’

Assam actor Adil Hussain has joined the cast of 'Star Trek: Discovery'. The first teaser for Season 3 of the American web television series was released on Saturday. This season will see a jump in time of 930 years.

Apart from Hussain, other cast members of Star TrekDiscovery include Sonequa Martin-Green, Doug Jones, Anthony Rapp, Wilson Cruz,David Ajala and Michelle Yeoh. The new season will premiere in 2020.

Star Trek: Discovery begins roughly a decade beforethe events of the original Star Trek series. It is the seventh series in theStar Trek franchise and was launched in 2017.

It may be mentioned here that Adil Hussain is knownfor his performances in Life of Pi, Hotel Salvation/Mukti Bhavan,What Will People Say, and others. For his role in Hotel Salvationand Maj Rati Ketaki, he received National Award in 2017.
