In a special interview with Pratidin Time's Editor-in-Chief Nitumoni Saikia, Borbora alleged that three Ministers of AGP in Sarbananda Sonowal-led Assam government- Atul Bora, Keshab Mahanta and Phanibhusan Choudhury have to take oath of the constitution, before taking charge of their ministries. "As they have not taken the seats of the treasury benches in the last assembly session, they cannot take the charges of the ministries without taking oaths," said Borbora.

The senior advocate also said that the CM should have informed the Governor about the resignation of the ministers. He also raised question on Governor's role regarding the issue.
