Awareness Announcement by COB Mimbung and COB Hnahlan, of Aizawl Battalion
In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, COB Mimbung and COB Hnahlan of Aizawl Battalion under the aegis of 23 Sector Assam Rifles carried out an awareness announcement on 10 April 2020 in vill Mimbung and vil Hnahlan .
The announcement included symptoms of COVID-19, precautionary measure to be followed, the importance of maintaining social distancing and regular hand wash. The announcement also stressed upon the need to stay at home. The local people also extended their support for the fight against COVID-19 pandemic.
COB Mimbung of Aizawl Battalion under the aegis of 23 Sector Assam Rifles extended its support and assistance to the vill people on the unprecedented crisis of COVID-19. COB Mimbung distributed dry ration and essential commodities to the needy people's of the village. The activities by the COB Mimbung was a great help to the poor people in the village and the same was appreciated by the village auth and NGOs . The villagers assured their wholehearted support for the fight against COVID-19.
