Latest update came in the Beltola Murder Case where the Commissioner of Police on Wednesday found fingerprints of prime accused Akash Choudhury on the walls, doors and windows of the house.
As stated by the Commissioner of Police, Akash opened the back door with the keys and put it inside the house.
The investigation is being conducted by the CID, forensic teams, police and crime branch and further investigation on the case is still going on, said the Commissioner of Police.
Police officials further said that it will soon crack down the whole case and find out what caused the incident.
Meanwhile, the police have not found the two mobile phones of deceased Nani Gopal Baruah and Meena Baruah from and near the crime scene.
A case has already been filed against Akash Choudhury by by daughter Sonali Baruah who lives in Mumbai on Tuesday night.
Akash will soon appear before the court CJM today after his health check ups.
