APSC : Hearing adjourned Until Sept 9

A Gauhati high court bench headed by Justice N Koteshwar Singh posted a matter in regards to a PIL, filed by the suspended officials involved in the APSC scam for further hearing on September 9.

It may be mentioned that the suspended officials had filed a PIL at the Gauhati High Court requesting them to be allowed to resume office.

Two senior advocates of the Supreme Court Maninder Singh and Nalin Kohli have fought the legal battle on behalf of the government.
